Please complete the information below. Your child's birthday information will ONLY be shared with PTA and school staff responsible for the Birthday Marquee. The Nottingham Birthday Marquee is usually updated each Friday afternoon. Your child's name will appear on the Birthday Marquee for several days.

As of August 23rd 2006 .The cost is a $15 DONATION to the Nottingham P.T.A . .PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

If you prefer to pay with cash or check, payment must be recieved two weeks BEFORE your child's name is to be displayed on the Birthday Marquee. Checks should be made payable to Nottingham P.T.A. Cash or checks should be sent to school in an envelope marked NOTTINGHAM P.T.A. BIRTHDAY MARQUEE.
